Description

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), food is the first medicine. In these sessions, we will look at your overall health and how your eating may contribute to your current ailments and turn on your genetic switches to your family disease predispositions. We will also discuss your emotional relationship with food and how that affects your eating habits. Beyond food recommendations, I can also provide recipes including your recommended foods, review or teach you menu planning, and help you create grocery and pantry basics lists. In-home cooking lessons are also available. Counseling is a process in which you actively pursue positive change. You may need to invest in a series of sessions to achieve results. Via telemedicine or in-office visit.
