Therapeutic Massage Initial Visit

A variety of techniques are used to manipulate the body's soft tissue - muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and skin - focusing on functional outcomes such as reduced pain, increased range of motion, and activities of daily living.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to restore the flow of your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain

Reiki Follow-up

Acupressure is Acupuncture without the needles. The same Acupoints are used as in Acupuncture, but are stimulated with finger pressure instead of the insertion of needles.  Specifically formulated essential oil blends can be added to the Acupoints, called Aroma Acupoint Therapy, resulting in a more significant clinical effect than using pressure alone. 

Acupuncture is a complete system of medicine used to keep the body in balance.  Thus, it is used for prevention as well as treatment of illness.  All forms of illness are treated with Acupuncture including acute conditions such as colds and flu, as well as chronic conditions such as acid reflux, headaches, and arthritis.

This 90 minute session includes review of comprehensive health intake form and treatment.  For new patients and existing patients who have not received Acupuncture at the clinic.

Acupressure Initial Visit

A 60 minute visit for existing Acupressure patients.

Acupressure Follow Up

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), food is the first medicine.  In these sessions, we will look at your overall health and how what you eat may be contributing to your current ailments and turning on your genetic switches to your family disease predispositions.

We will also discuss your emotional relationship with food and how that affects your eating habits. 

Beyond food recommendations, I will also provide recipes including your recommended foods, review or teach you menu planning, and help you create grocery and pantry basics lists.  In-home cooking lessons are also available.

Counseling is a process in which you actively pursue positive change.  Investing in a series of sessions is needed to achieve results.
