A variety of techniques are used to manipulate the body's soft tissue - muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and skin - focusing on functional outcomes such as reduced pain, increased range of motion, and activities of daily living.

Therapeutic Massage Follow-up Visit

Massage, acupressure, cupping, and red light therapy are used to provide relaxation and improve skin health and appearance by reducing muscle tension, enhancing blood flow and lymphatic drainage, which results in the reduction of fine lines, improvement of skin elasticity, increased facial contours, and facial lifting. An in-house, custom-made nourishing oil is used. 60 minutes.

Facial Treatment

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that balances the energy system. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Reiki Initial Visit

We recommend selecting 60 minutes for your first follow-up session and general or maintenance sessions.  The 75-minute session is recommended for processing and releasing deep or long-held energy.

Reiki Follow-up Visit

Acupressure is Acupuncture without the needles. The same Acupoints are used as in Acupuncture, but are stimulated with finger pressure instead of the insertion of needles.  Specifically formulated essential oil blends can be added to the Acupoints, called Aroma Acupoint Therapy, resulting in a more significant clinical effect than using pressure alone. 

Acupuncture is a complete system of medicine used to keep the body in balance.  Thus, it is used for prevention as well as treatment of illness.  All forms of illness are treated with Acupuncture including acute conditions such as colds and flu, as well as chronic conditions such as acid reflux, headaches, and arthritis.

This 90 minute session includes review of comprehensive health intake form and treatment.  For new patients and existing patients who have not received Acupressure at the clinic.

Health & Wellness Coaching Follow-up Visit

The first of three levels, Reiki I, explores the 5 Pillars of traditional Japanese Reiki. 

This is a comprehensive course to create a strong foundation rich in practice.  We will discuss the assigned reading, share our experiences, and practice together. The 6 classes are 2 hours each and meet every other week.  The total in-class time is approximately 12 hours.

Students are asked to read and practice at home in preparation for each meeting. Reading and class prep time total 1-2 hours per week. Students are required to purchase The Reiki Source Book and The Japanese Art of Reiki by Frans Stiene.

PREREQUISITES: Students must have received at least 2 professional Reiki sessions before the start of class. 

COST: $600 due at registration. Payment plans will be considered. 

A Reiki I Certificate and Handbook are given upon successful completion of the class.  

4 STUDENTS MAX per class.

Reiki I

The second of three levels, Reiki II, expands on the 5 Pillars of traditional Japanese Reiki by adding new symbols, mantras, meditation practices, and hands-on healing of others.

This is a comprehensive course to continue building a strong foundation rich in practice.  We will discuss the assigned reading, share our experiences, and practice together. The 6 classes are 2 hours each and meet every other week.  The total in-class time is approximately 12 hours.

Students are asked to read and practice at home in preparation for each meeting. Reading and class prep time total 1-2 hours per week. Students are required to purchase The Reiki Source Book and The Inner Heart of Reiki by Frans Stiene.

PREREQUISITES: Reiki I

COST: $600 due at registration. Payment plans will be considered. 

A Reiki II Certificate and Handbook are given upon successful completion of the class.

Reiki II

Reiki III Master expands on the 5 Pillars of traditional Japanese Reiki by adding new symbols, mantras, meditation practices, and advanced techniques for the hands-on healing of others.  At this time, the Reiki III Teacher training will be taught separately for those interested.

This is a 1-to-1 class with the teacher.  Customized to you as an individual.  As always, this class is rich in practice.  We will discuss the assigned reading, share our experiences, and practice together. The 6 classes are 2 hours each and meet every other week.  The total in-class time is approximately 12 hours. 

The student is asked to practice daily and read at home in preparation for each meeting. Reading and class prep time total approximately 2 hours per week. Required books are provided.

PREREQUISITES: Reiki II, 2 Reiki sessions with different practitioners.

COST: $700 due at registration. Payment plans will be considered. 

A Reiki III Certificate and Handbook are given upon successful completion of the class.  Ongoing mentorship is included at NO ADDITIONAL cost.
