60-minutes:  15 min New Patient Intake review + 45 min massage.

Therapeutic Massage Initial Visit

A variety of techniques are used to manipulate the body's soft tissue - muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and skin - focusing on functional outcomes such as reduced pain, increased range of motion, and activities of daily living.

Therapeutic Massage Follow-up Visit

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to restore the flow of your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain

Reiki Initial Visit

Reiki Follow-up Visit

Acupressure is Acupuncture without the needles. The same Acupoints are used as in Acupuncture, but are stimulated with finger pressure instead of the insertion of needles.  Specifically formulated essential oil blends can be added to the Acupoints, called Aroma Acupoint Therapy, resulting in a more significant clinical effect than using pressure alone. 

Acupuncture is a complete system of medicine used to keep the body in balance.  Thus, it is used for prevention as well as treatment of illness.  All forms of illness are treated with Acupuncture including acute conditions such as colds and flu, as well as chronic conditions such as acid reflux, headaches, and arthritis.

This 90 minute session includes review of comprehensive health intake form and treatment.  For new patients and existing patients who have not received Acupressure at the clinic.

For existing patients, we continue using a holistic approach to improve your health & wellness, personalized to overcome obstacles, create positive change, and maintain new habits through accountability, encouragement, and guidance.

Health & Wellness Coaching Follow-up Visit

The first of three levels, Reiki 1 explores the foundations of history, principles, and practices via in-person and online meetings. You will discuss assigned readings, receive attunement, and practice with fellow students. The specific timeline and number of meetings is TBD.  

Students are asked to read and reflect at home in preparation for each meeting. Total in-class time will be approximately 6 - 8 hours. Reading and class prep time 1 - 2 hours per week. Prerequisite: students must have received a minimum of 3 professional Reiki sessions prior to the start of class. Payment plan options are available.
