Reiki I
Description
The first of three levels, Reiki I, explores the 5 Pillars of traditional Japanese Reiki. This is a comprehensive course to create a strong foundation rich in practice. We will discuss the assigned reading, share our experiences, and practice together. The 6 classes are 2 hours each and meet every other week. The total in-class time is approximately 12 hours. Students are asked to read and practice at home in preparation for each meeting. Reading and class prep time total 1-2 hours per week. Students are required to purchase The Reiki Source Book and The Japanese Art of Reiki by Frans Stiene. PREREQUISITES: Students must have received at least 2 professional Reiki sessions before the start of class. COST: $600 due at registration. Payment plans will be considered. A Reiki I Certificate and Handbook are given upon successful completion of the class. 4 STUDENTS MAX per class.
