Reiki 1
Description
The first of three levels, Reiki 1 explores the foundations of history, principles, and practices via in-person and online meetings. You will discuss assigned readings, receive attunement, and practice with fellow students. The specific timeline and number of meetings is TBD. Students are asked to read and reflect at home in preparation for each meeting. Total in-class time will be approximately 6 - 8 hours. Reading and class prep time 1 - 2 hours per week. Prerequisite: students must have received a minimum of 3 professional Reiki sessions prior to the start of class. Payment plan options are available. THIS CLASS IS CURRENTLY FULL AND IN PROGRESS.
